David Walker

Welcome to my academic website. It contains all the information you will need to contact me, as well as details of my current research and teaching activities.

Research activities

I have been working toward my PhD at Exeter since September 2008, investigating rank-based multi- and many-objective optimisation techniques with Richard Everson and Jonathan Fieldsend, looking at techniques for optimising with many objectives, and visualising the results. The project is a case studentship with Motorola.

I graduated from Exeter in 2007 with a first-class degree in Computer Science, winning the Informatics Research Institute award for best project, for a project which involved the construction of a recommender system for an e-commerce website.
