        on WG15 N648, Project 22.40: Real Time Extensions.

[Convener note: The US has submitted this draft to the SC22 secretariat
 for PDAM registration ballot (not concurrent registration & CD) to be
 responsive to the updated Synchronization plan; however WG15 has not
 authorized any registration action on this document.  This draft is being
 circulated in a mailing that is going out at this time, dated 14 June]
