	I am  writing  to remind you  of the  next meeting of the Panel,
	which is scheduled  to start at  10:30 a.m.  on the 06-Sep-1996

	Apex Plaza adjoins the British Rail station in Reading.

	This will be a half day meeting.

	A major item of business will be a presentation by Derek Jones on
	the Knowledge Software OSPC package, designed to check
	applications' usage of APIs for conformance to various standards,
	including POSIX.
