	I am  writing  to remind you  of the  next meeting of the Panel,
	which is scheduled  to start at  10:00 a.m.  on the 23-Feb-1996

			Forbury Road
			Reading  RG1 1AX
			Berks.

	Apex Plaza adjoins the British Rail station in Reading.

	This will be a half day meeting.

	A major item  of business will be a brief presentation, followed
	by a discussion, on the work currently being undertaken by
	X/Open on POSIX Applications Conformance.
