	I am  writing  to remind you  of the  next meeting of the Panel,
	which is scheduled  to start at  10:30 a.m.  on the  26 February
	1993 at:

	This will be a half day meeting.

     |	A major item  of business will be to discuss our proposed new ISO |
     |	work item: Conformance Testing Reference Model for Open Systems,  |
     |	and the Panel's position on the IEEE Posix groups' proposition	  |
     |	to drop the requirements for Posix drafts to include Test (TAs)   |
     |	Assertions and Language Independent Specifications (LIS)	  |
