	I am  writing  to remind you  of the  next meeting of the Panel,
	which is scheduled  to start at  10:30 a.m.  on the  20-November
	1992 at:
			BSI Conference Centre
			Hampden House
			61 Green Street
			London

	This will be a half day meeting.

     |	A major item  of business will be discussion of the action items  |
     |	out  of  the  ISO/IEC  JTC1/SC22/WG15  (Posix)	meeting  held in  |
     |	Reading, UK, 26-30 October,  and will include the  action on the  |
     |	UK  to resolve	the problems we  raised with the  1003.3 work by  |
     |	drafting an NP addressing Test Methods issues.			  |

	An agenda is  given below;  I look forward to seeing  you on the
	20th!
