		      New Drafts for Review and Comment



	Panel members should please note that drafts of:

		. P1003.1 LIS - the Language Independent Specification
		  version of 9945-1:1990,  Draft 2, November 1991

		. P1003.16 - the 'c' Binding to 9945-1:1990, Draft 2,
		  November 1991, and

		. P1003.8 (Transparent File Access) Draft 5, 30 October
		  1991.

	were all made available at the WG15 Stockholm meeting and are
	officially available for review and comment by Panel members.



	If anyone is interested in reviewing any of these please contact
	either myself or Vince Rich.  The US is specifically interested in
	any comments on how these documents can be processed through ISO
	(as a revision of 9945-1) with 'no net change' - ie semantically
	identical to 9945-1:1990.
