General comment: It would be advisable to have the action items list
in plain txt format, as this is easier to report on.

0007-06 This is on the functionality to support wctrans() and towctrans().
        A new keyword is added in .2b "charconv" to address some of this.
        14652 has a section LC_TRANSLIT to further address this, but this is
        beyond the scope of the Austin group to incorporate.


0007-08 I have uploaded what I had on the LIS standard.

0007-10 This relates to comments from Japan to reference TR 14652 
        instead of 9945 wrt locales. There is no requirement that
        this be done although this was suggested at some time in WG15
        (when RIN was disbanded).  TR 14652 has expanded capabilities
        wrt locales, charmaps and repertoiremaps in comparison with
        POSIX.2 and .2b, and the current work in the Austin Group is
        a proper subset of DTR 14652. It is possible that 14652 will be
        suggested as a new project in PASC.

0007-17 POSIX national profiles can be registered with ISO/IEC 15897
        under clause 8 "National or cultural profiles of standards".
        As an entry in a ISO register and freely available on the web,
        this makes the profile worldwide visible and uniqiely referencable.
        The ISO/IEC 15897 cultural registry is available at
        http://www.dkuug.dk/cultreg . This should close issue 2.
