		  Questions concerning the interpretation of the LC_CTYPE
		  Category in the POSIX Locale for the Netherlands
		  (ref. ISO/IEC 9945-2:1993, par. 2.5.2.1)

	1. What should be the classification of a <non-breakspace> character
	   in a LC_CTYPE definition?

	   Suggestion: as the space and print category
		       and not as the punct category.

	2. what should be the classification of a <soft-hyphen> character
	   in a LC_CTYPE definition?

	3. What is the toupper character of an <i>?
						.
	   There are two possibilities: <I> or <I>.
