	RIN met in Orlando, USA 1995-10-26/27.	Minutes, resolutions and
	action items of the meeting are available in WG15 RIN N154r2.
	Rapporteurs from the following NBs were present: CA, DK, GB, JP,
	NL, US.

	1 WG15 action item was addressed:

	WG15 AI 9510-13: RIN - Close as many of their issues as possible
	before the May 1996 WG15 meeting.

	There are 17 issues recorded in RIN SD-3, of which issues 2, 6,
	10, 15, 16 and 17 remains open.

	5 resolutions were adopted and the first 4 are for WG15
	consideration.

	A revised proposed terms of reference was approved in RIN N164.

	A revised paper on ISO/IEC 10646 support in POSIX standards has
	been produced.
