    Proposal for modularization of the ISO/IEC 9945-1 document

    At the moment the ISO/IEC 9945-1 document contains POSIX specifications
    concerning the basic system interface and real-time functions.

    ISO/IEC 9945-1 will contain specifications concerning TFA, PII, etc.
    To give implementors in the future the choice of implementing different
    functions of the 9945-1 document the proposal of the Netherlands is to
    structure ISO/IEC 9945-1 in such a way that each function can be seen as a
    module (in the same sense as ISO/IEC 1989, describing a modular structure
    of the programming language COBOL).
