	Action: for WG15 meeting in Orlando


	WG20 met in Copenhagen in September 1995.  There were no
	specific liaison reports or actions from WG20 with regards to
	WG15.

	WG20 addressed a request from SC22 on cooperation with
	CEN/TC304, an action item that WG15 also has got.

	WG20 is producing the TR 11017 "Framework for internationalization",
	which is planned to be sent to DTR ballot this year.  This is
	aligned with WG15 work.

	WG20 is producing "Guidelines for the design of programming
	language standards", a revised TR 10176. They intend to send it
	to PDTR ballot this year.  The guideline will contain guidelines
	affecting POSIX standards.

	WG20 is producing ISO/IEC 14652, a spoecification standard for
	cultural conventions, charmaps and repertoiremaps;  this is
	backwards compatible with POSIX locales and charmaps.  A
	specific normative locale covering IS 10646 will be produced as
	the example cultural conventions specification.  The standard is
	planned to go to CD registration mid 1996.

	WG20 is producing ISO/IEC 14651, a sorting standard for IS
	10646.	This is planne dto go to CD registration mid 1996.  The
	sorting standard will be specified in the format described in
	the 14652 standard.

	WG20 is planning to produce an API standard for i18n;  this is
	planned to go for JTC1 ballot this year.
