	RIN met in Twente, the Netherlands 1995-05-11/12.  Minutes,
	resolutions and action items of the meeting are available in
	WG15RIN N148, WG15 N584.  Rapporteurs from the following NBs
	were present:  CA, DK, GB, JP, NL, US.

	3 WG15 actions were addressed:

	WG15 AI 9505-17:  RIN could not resolve the comments and refers
	the issue back to WG15.  A number of rapporteurs stated that the
	issues at hand were quite technical and could not be responded
	to without consulting their respective national bodies.

	WG15 AI 9508-18:  A web of internationalisation is given in the
	RIN minutes of the 9505 meeting, RIN N148, WG15 N584.

	WG15 AI 9505-22:  Develop draft position on IS 10646 impact on
	POSIX standards.  This is provided in RIN N146R, WG15 N583.

	RIN made a review of the WG20 PDTR 11017 Internationalisation
	framework (RIN N136), and has no further comments.

	RIN has collected more POSIX locales or revisions of already
	collected locales.  About 3 national profiles, 45 locales and
	150 charmaps have been collected.  Many vendors are now using
	the WG15 lcoale and charmap collection in their products.

	RIN reviewed the RIN ToR and PoW, and had no proposed changes at
	this point in time.  A number of rapporteurs expressed concerns
	about the future of work for RIN.

	The resolutions adopted in May 1995 were only related to RIN
	internal working procedures.

	A work on creating an issues log on RIN's work on has been
	initiated.

	In my opinion, the scheduling of the RIN meeting after the WG15
	meeting has proven to be delaying the process with about half a
	year.  I will propose that RIN meetings be scheduled before the
	WG15 meeting in future.
