	Title: SC22/WG15 Response to SC22/WG20 Liaison Statement on
	Cultural Conventions (WG20 N270 = and WG15 N466)

	WG15  appreciates  and	encourages the	work  of  WG20	with
	respect to cultural conventions. Further, WG15 advocate that
	WG20   complete   its  forthcoming  standard   on   cultural
	conventions as quickly as issues can be resolved.
	In  the  opinion  of  WG15, the identification	of  cultural
	conventions is the purview of WG20. The integration of these
	conventions  into POSIX is regarded as the domain  of  WG15.
	Therefore, upon the standardization of cultural conventions,
	WG15 intends to:
	     1)   consider syntax and/or codification of cultural
	      conventions for inclusion into POSIX (when these are
	      provided by WG20); and
	2)   propose syntax for codifying cultural conventions to be
	included in POSIX.
