This is  a late response to an action from the October meeting.

9610-62 National Bodies - Review the proposed records of response and 
  submit any comments to the WG15 reflector and be prepared to discuss 
  them at the May 1997 WG15 meeting. Any comments requiring change 
  MUST be submitted in writing to the Convener by 1997.04.01. 

The only issue is 1003.1 #74 which is known to be incorrect and is
under review by the 1003.1 Interpretations committee. The UK
recommends that this one be held back from any final record
of response until the 1003.1 Interpretations committee comes
to a final decision (currently under 30 recirculation).
