danish standards would like to specify the replace-after mechanism in
the danish non-normative annex. we would like to have an english-for-denmark
locale and then specify danish, greenlandic and faroese localse as 
deriatives from that. hal would only do this if the rest of rin agrees.

So what is your opinion? Does it matter a lot?

I have been looking at creating locales for many european languages,
and having the replace-after mechanism as an aid, is really advantegeous.
Almost all european language locales can be specified in about 2 pages
each, with same scope as the Danish locale, which is more than 60 pages!

have the canadians got any experiences, as per their action item?
