Meeting schedules are agreed to at WG20 meetings; invitations
and schedules are confirmed by the host member bodies.  That is
the case with the April meeting and will be the case for future
meetings.

I understand that several members will be inconvenienced by the April
schedule.  While that is always regrettable, there are no plans to change
the April schedule.

I would prefer that email sent to the WG20 distribution concentrate on
the several technical topics for which delegations volunteered;
if further communications on the April schedule are necessary, they
can be sent to me directly.
