Hello RIN people!

I have heard some suggestions for meeting place, but the only
preferences I have seen were from Ralph and myself, and they stated the
same, namely that a meeting in NZ sunday and monday the 3rd and 4th of May
was preferable.

So this is then what I propose. 
If this is unacceptable to any rapporteur, I would like to
hear such comments by Tuesday 3rd Dec (1991) at 16.00 GMT.
Then I will send a message to Jim Isaak.

I would like to hear from you all if you find this method of doing
decisions satisfactory?
