COMMENTS ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE.

In general we consider the questionnaire as useful. We have some minor
technical and editorial comments.

1. Name etc.
We propose to add some further header-information and to separate
information concerning identification of the respondent, background
of the respondent, and culture.
