This is the action Item report for RIN:

AI 9510-01: the email address ca-i18n@microstar.com replaced other canadian
	    addresses.

AI 9510-04: DS is working on a proposal

AI 9510-06: This should be done by the US development body changing the
	    reference in a forthcoming amendment.

AI 9510-07: Action not due yet.

AI 9510-08: DS recommends not changing the APIs, but possibly enhancing
	    localedef syntax.

AI 9510-10: DS has a related proposal in N176 on translitteration

AI 9510-14: The WIDTH statement should be dealt with at the character encoding
	    independent level, that is in the locale.

AI 9510-16: N146r2 was produced with updated 10646 guidelines.

AI 9510-17: No progress, as I have not yet been able to run the locale
	    enabled programs.

AI 9510-18: covered in AI 9510-08 and 9510-10
