Some comments and corrections:

1.2 (HoD) status of Herman Weegenaar, Keld Simonsen, and David Blackwood
omitted.

1.5 Omitted.  There was some discussion re: the approval of the minutes of
the previous meeting and an action item, 0007-09, on Roger Martin to
distribute a revision in N792r.

1.6 N296 and N297 should be N796 and N797 respectively.

2.9 The reference should be to "email SC22WG15.1508" (or e1508 for short)
and not to an SC22 document, SC22.1508.

6.2 Notes should reflect the resolution that was passed with respect to this
NP in 2000-431.

7.1 Resolution 2000-427 should have referenced email SC22WG15.1508 instead
of simply "these procedures".
