In the letter ballot it was stated that the Draft 4 document was expecting to complete final review at the time of the next Austin Group meeting in May 2000. This implied that Draft 4 would not be open to SC22 comments, even if this letter ballot was approval. Draft 4 will in fact remain open for comments until about September and SC22 comments can be submitted. I believe the follow changes to the second paragraph provides this clarification: The current draft of this specification is Draft 3, with this draft expecting to complete final review at the time of the next Austin Group Meeting in early May. Consequently Draft 4 of the Austin Group Specifications would be available for forwarding to SC22, and open for comments, if this letter ballot was approved. Regards Jim WG15 Convener
