This is the agreement that underpins the project and allowed the production of the first draft, and the IPR arrangements to allow the IEEE PAR to be approved. As for copyright notices we have discussed this before and the position remains the same. The intellectual property belongs to the IEEE and The Open Group. Should it become an ISO/IEC standard then the parties will follow the existing arrangements that have successfully been employed to date for POSIX.1-1996 etc... I'm happy to discuss this further at the Austin Group meeting next week. regards Andrew ----- Andrew Josey The Open Group Austin Group Chair Apex Plaza,Forbury Road, Email: a.josey@opengroup.org Reading,Berks.RG1 1AX,England Tel: +44 118 9508311 ext 2250 Fax: +44 118 9500110
