Yes, I think the PAR should be split up. I also think we should be careful with IPR such that the specification can be available freely on the web, just like the SUS is today. JTC1 has some new rules on this, such that JTC 1 standards that is already freely available on the net can bet made freely available also in the ISO/IEC version. I think WG15 should seek such permission. Keld
