The U.S. WG15 TAG voted unanimously last week to
nominate Mr. James Oblinger for the WG15 convener
position.  

This nomination must go through some internal 
formalities within the U.S. but it is expected 
that this will be completed within a few days.
The required letters of support and other paperwork
will be forwarded through the appropriate channels.
