As I said in Dallas, we would prefer it taking the route as a FPDISP, as this is the fastest, as far as I can see in this case. Also going the fast-track way is by no means a secure road, as it might not be allowed by JTC1 directives. Solving procedural questions like this often poses long delays in the ISO machinery. Keld
