	WG15 members, you may recall we suggested
	fasttrack for this document if it was possible.
	For projects already approved by JTC1/SC22,
	fasttrack requires concurrance of SC22 (which we
	don't have currently)... that means an SC22 vote.

	I suspect our original plan of submission for FDISP
	is the fastest way forward for this given that we would
	need a letter ballot of SC22 anyway. 

	Any preferences? ... can the US evaluate this and
	forward the document the correct direction?
