The attempt to produce a standard to deal= with dual currencies would not be sufficiently timely to be useful. This can= seriously impair the usefulness of the meeting. \par=20 \par Semi-real-time meetings, as at WG15 in Exeter and Cornwall, (where= email exchanges were made from the meeting room to clarify various issues),= were seen to be very effective, and the Panel recommends applying this= technique in the future where possible.
