SC22/WG14 - C has decided to discuss IO issues in a separate email list,
named sc22wg14io@dkuug.dk and people from WG21 and WG15 are hereby
invited to participate in this discussion. People on the SC22WG14
exploder will be automatically included, so there is no need for these

the issue is mainly how hardware IO can be addressed, based on input 
from Jan Kristoffersen with his IOHW proposal, and the UDI
folks proposal.
