Dave:

  I will arrive ta Montreal Airport around 22:00 Tuesday(10/21) night,
and so I will arrive at Nav Canada Training Institute around 24:00. Is
it possible to check in at that time, or is it better to stay at a
hotel near airport and  to go to Cornwall Wednesday morning around
9:00 ?
