I am sorry but for my undestanding the meeting on July 16 will be a meeting within PASC. I am no sure we will have a meeting on OCt. 23 in Cornwall, but anyway that meeting is within WG15. Of course, it is possible to have a meeting of WG15 and PASC jointly, and at least one fac-to-face PASC meeting is necessary to make the following activities go well in the cyber space. I am sorry to be late to announce the PASC meeting, and please consider it is the kick off for the work of Guideline production. Sincerely yours, Nobuo Saito
