The web server machine was down for a 1 to 5 minutes Monday and Tuesday,
and Saturday it was down something like 30 minutes due to a scheduled
power installation. 

Why not make a mirror at the IEEE site, and we could also mirror
the IEEE pages here. That would all add to the accessibility
of our information.
