The procedure is that Defect Reports and Interpretations must be voted on by SC22. What has to be done is that you send me (email plain old ASCII if possible) the Defect Reports and Interpretations for Standard "A" as one document; the Defect Report and Interpretations for Standard "B" as another document, etc.etc. Then SC22 letter ballots are issued for each separately. If there are no comments on the Defect Reports, the official publication of the Defect Report is the SC22 document which was attached to the letter ballot for that Report and it is so noted in the program of work. So I need four documents (based on my interpretation of your note). One for each of the standards in the subject line of this message. And, as I said, I would be very appreciative if they could be in plain old ASCII email form. That makes it much easier for me to distribute expeditiously.
