Subject: DIS 14515-1.01 completes balloting

this document, aka 2003.1, finished the JTC1 ballot in June.
The only national body comment is from France, requesting a
specific title for the French version.

All votes were affirmitive or abstain.

I will provide a disposition of comments response to SC22 indicating
that the disposition of the French comment is to recommend that the
proposed French title be used.

And that's all we need to do on this.
