Yup.  The best starting point is:

	http://www.ex.ac.uk/~DCannon/WG15/WG15_sd-1.html

...look for the pointer to the WG15 Documents in that page, then you
need WG15 documents  N602  (Japanese AI report, including original
proposal), N657 (Keld's expert contribution), and N664 (expert's response
