X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL23] Content-Type: text Content-Length: 1431 Hi all. I have just made arrangements with the conference centre at Crossmead, Exeter, for the Spring 1997 meeting: I have reserved space for the week 19-23 May 1997, with a provisional estimate of between 15 and 20 people attending. I've initially reserved 10 bedrooms with en-suite facilities - they don't expect problems in extending this to twenty if you confirm the reservations in reasonably good time. I hope I've included most information in CT01, which was issued at Copenhagen, and which should be going out in the WG15 mailing. If you need more detail, let me know. I'll see what can be negotiated by way of photocopying charges - if all else fails I may have to ask you for a small facilities fee. Based on my collection of paper from Copenhagen (~350pp) we get through almost 6000 sheets in a week... (Is that about normal Jim?) Look forward to seeing you all in Exeter next year (and Munich before that!), Cheers, -- _________________________________________________________________________ David Cannon University of Exeter, IT Services Laver Building, North Park Road Systems/Network Programmer Exeter, EX4 4QE, Devon, UK Phone: +44 (0)1392 263939 Fax: +44 (0)1392 211630 _________________________________________________________________________
