Subject: WG15 topics from "higher up"

as a result of the March JTC1 meeting, there are some documents from
"higher up" that we will need to discuss at the WG15 meeting.  

These include:
	An SC22 Electronic Document Distribution Implementation policy
	(SC22 N2071 Feb 96)

	A request for an Action plan related to conformity assessment and
	interoperability from JTC1 (SC22 N2039, JTC1 N3826)

	the JTC1 policy on Interoperability (SC22 N2040, JTC1 N3825)

I will be distributing these in the WG15 mailing this next week,
if you need copies before then, you might contact your SC22 and/or
JTC1 experts (I will also check for online access)
