I have phoned DS about the figure 12 persons. We did reserve a room for 35 people something like half a year ago, but it seems that the reservation has gone. We are invesigating what went wrong and how to remedy it. DS is moving around April, that might be a reason for the change. I do not expect problems accomodating the normal outturn of WG15 people.
