Well, we can meet in just a small room at a hotel, I guess
we will not be more people than say 10.  Or we can meet a day
together with the .2b people in the previous week. 

Anyway we can still decide this in RIN at the May 96 meeting,
so there is no problem. And we can do either way, or both!
