So that is approved WITHOUT a dispostion of comments required. Can the U.S. get back to the IEEE and let them know since that moves this up to a "ready to publish" objective. (note we wanted to merge this with other documents in that process). The technical corregendia ballot closes Nov. 17th so that piece is also close to closure. Thanks, jim (See you in 10 days or so)
