We said we would like to do something to it. As we have not even got
the text now, I cannot say anything at this point in time about the
prospects. I think it is premature to schedule it for withdrawal
at the SC22 plenary in September. We would be willing to investigate
the possiblilties of registering the document for an initial assesment
of WG15 in our October meeting, and a decision about withdrawal
to be proposed for SC22 plenary 96 at the WG15 May 96 meeting.
