Subject: X/Open catagory C liaison and benefits statement

	The WG15 window for balloting on this closed
June 23rd.   All of the ballots received were affirmitive,
and with no changes to the benefits text.

	I will forward this text and the request to have
SC22 support X/Open as a catagory C liasion to SC22.
