I received a number of statements of concern back, indicating that for those not attending the rapporteur group sessions, this would be a difficult window of time to justify for travel. (also some of the Rap. groups are planning 1 day meetings, others 1.5 days, which creates other "gaps" in events.) For this meeting, I recomend we keep the sequence as planned by WG15, that is: Monday-Wed is the WG15 meeting Thurs/Friday are the rapporteur group meetings Also, if any national body feels we should change this, we may want to develop a set of pros and cons for different choices before the meeting.
