	With the recent approval of the DAM for 9945-1 for real time,
the question was asked: "Should this be published as a merged document,
or as a seperate amendment?".  I put this question to WG15 members, and
the feedback was uniformly that we should publish the combined or merged
version of the 9945-1 document including the real time amendment.

	Please pursue publication along these lines.
