I've mailed a copy of the minutes, including the actions I drafted that relate
to the resolutions to Jim. I will try to send a version to the
reflector as well.

While I was away IBM Canada did announce that they would shed a few hundred
people. I'm afraid that this time I will be one of them. This probably means
another action (that I didn't record) to request nominations from member bodies
for a lead rapporteur for RGCPA.

I will be around until the end of the month. Please let me know if you're
aware of anyone that is hiring. I can be flexible on location.
