Thus, the problem is one of IEEE rules, which I have been hoping ISO would force IEEE to change. If I can get IEEE permission, I will gladly not only put the document up on the FSU ftp site, but also send you a copy for your site. The main problem is the IEEE, which guards all copyrighted material so closely. --Ted Baker
