Editor of the P1003.5b (Realtime Ada Bindings) project and Liaison from WG15 to WG9, I have been frustrated by the problem of obtaining timely international review of POSIX drafts due to the IEEE prohibition against electronic distribution of drafts once a project goes to ballot. I learned recently through a WG9 colleague that the SC22 Plenary, in The Hague, passed a resolution requiring from the project editor/secretariat/organization in charge of each standard to make available for reviewers electronic copies of standard documents. Is this is true, and if so, how soon may I release the PostScript version of the P1003.5b document to representatives of WG15 and WG9, for review and comment? --Ted Baker
