My position and understanding is that as Project Editor, I am to hold an editorial meeting in between WG15 meetings to come up with a proposed resolution of comments and then present the proposal to WG15 for action. At that time the discussion could be held. Is this position consistent with WG15 procedures as understood by others? I welcome comments. -- Jon F.
