I had a brief discussion re reservations made for the October meeting
yesterday and the hotel will fax me a new list of confirmations at
week end which I expect will show a significant increase in the number of
reservations. It was pointed out to me that they only guaranteed to hold
rooms and the rate up until this week. I would like to encourage all who
haven't done so to make hotel arrangements as soon as possible.

I also want to advise everyone that I will be vacating my office here in
New York within the next few days and will have only limited access to
email prior to the meeting. So if I can assist in any way please let me
know this week.
