Paul Rabin has volunteered to do this, and will be attending the meeting. Also, since the U.S. has a multi-person delegation, he can cover this while others from the U.S. represent national views, avoiding the confusion of trying to represent a WG and a National Body (or another group). Thank you all for your feedback on this. We will have other WG15 experts at the meeting (John Hill, Willem Wakker, maybe Keld, and I don't know about the UK yet) .... so there will be a fair amount of expertise there. What I will be doing with Paul is to make sure he understands the issues that have been put forward in the convenors report, recomended resolutions and project status so he can respond to questions on these, present a "WG15 view" as needed; and provide a report back to us on the results. My thanks to Paul for being willing to help out with this. Jim
